Flamingos

I like to depict certain symbols in an abstract flavor of my thoughts and what I see. It makes me happy to use different materials and achieve new textures while doing this. I made this painting inspired by flamingos, which we can see a lot in Florida, perhaps the most beautiful weather. There are two flamingos in the picture. One is pictured in side profile and the other is pictured looking back. The picture is 24×48 inches. I cut the recycled cork pieces and created the shape I wanted. I painted it with acrylic paint and coated it with resin. It can be made in different sizes if desired.
